Ashrafi Associates was found in 2004, we initially commenced our firm specializing in designing then switched our business into taking contracts as civil engineers and rapidly made a name for ourselves delivering high quality of projects on time and within a budget. We presently take contracts in Karachi and Gwadar. When we first started out our main focus was constructing residential and commercial areas. Ashrafi Associates has evolved over 16 years and over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Ashrafi Associates has been putting the efforts in the work for over 16 years with no distraction. With our endeavors we enlarged to contracting in Karachi and Gwadar where the Ashrafi Associates’ name has become recognized as a quality brand.
Today Ashrafi Associates takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.
